Join Our We Connect Community to Uplift Your Wellbeing

A year on from the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, and many of us are understandably feeling drained, exhausted and very much in need of support with our emotional and mental wellbeing.

That's where our We Connect project comes in. We Connect is a compassionate online community dedicated to helping you prioritise and uplift your wellbeing - enabling you to develop positive habits and coping mechanisms for your mind and body, and to find a variety of different ways to brighten your day.

We have a highly active, growing Facebook group - click here or search "We Connect Malta" on Facebook and send a request to join the group. This is a safe, non-judgemental space where community members across Malta and Gozo support and encourage each other in a positive, caring and constructive way.

We are also very fortunate to have a team of experts volunteering for We Connect. They are leaders in their fields, including psychology (emotional and mental wellbeing), health and fitness, food and nutrition, and enriching arts and culture.

Our experts are offering free guidance, support, articles, videos, online classes and events (events are online, or in-person when feasible) to benefit you - both on the Facebook group and on our website - www.weconnect.org.mt

Let's come together to help each other through these continued challenging times. Step by step, we can support one another and make a tangible difference. We look forward to you joining and contributing to our We Connect community.
